About our guest | Marie-Pascale Cote

Marie-Pascale is a beloved Seattle dancer, teacher and coach notable for her unique artistry. She brings a wealth of knowledge about movement and a rich solo dance background to her West Coast Swing. She is competing in the WCS All-Star circuit all around the world and became a Rising Star Routine Finalist at The Open 2024 with Sean Rice.

Marie’s students value her incredibly kind and encouraging approach to coaching, and eagerly await her next workshop. Her DJ sets are an excellent way to discover new and interesting music.

2:00 pm Open Floor Practice: Practice solo or bring a partner. Need a space to teach a private lesson? - feel free to use the space, no floor fee. Try our Facebook Practice Club group to look for partners!

3:30 pm Register, warm up, and volunteer to set up

4:00 pm Intermediate WCS Workshop with Marie : <Title TBD>

Prerequisite: No WSDC points required to attend. Make sure you are very comfortable with all basic patterns and a few variations of each (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).

5:00 pm All Levels WCS Workshop with Marie : <Title TBD>

Prerequisite: Know basic patterns (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).

5:30 pm FREE 1 Hour Beginner Lesson (upstairs)

6:00 pm Social dance starts, with DJ MCBeaucoup (Marie)
6:00 pm Competition Registration Starts
6:30 pm Competition Registration Ends
7:00 pm Novice and Intermediate MnM Competitions Start (Prelims) check competition rules for detail

9:30 pm Social dance ends & volunteer to clean up
